Use the subject line “Privacy request” and explain what you need. Most countdown data is stored locally in your browser, so you can remove saved birthdays directly on the homepage or clear the website’s stored data in your browser settings. Read our privacy policy for more information.
Before reporting a countdown issue
- Check that your device’s date, time, and time zone are correct.
- Try the current version of a modern browser with JavaScript enabled.
- Remember that locally saved birthdays do not automatically appear on another device or browser.
